The villa is located inside Private Rosa Marina Residential, in the Brisas neighborhood.

• Upon arrival, please inform the security guard that you are a guest of villa [#] booked via Airbnb.

• The main door has a smart lock.

• You will receive your personal access code via Airbnb message shortly before check-in (valid only during your stay).

Simple instructions:

Tap the keypad → enter the full code → press # → push the door.

If you have any issue with the smart lock, a backup key is available and we will assist you immediately via message.

Maximum Occupancy

6 guests total (including children and infants). This limit is strictly enforced.

Visitors & Additional Guests

- Any visitor not listed on the reservation must pay a $20 USD per person per day resort access fee (24-hour advance notice required).

- Guests entering the apartment beyond the 8-person limit will be charged up to $200 USD per entry.

- Anyone arriving who is not on the reservation may be denied access at the front gate.

- Check-in: After 3:00 PM

- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Identification

All passports and IDs for every guest must be sent at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure smooth entry.

Electricity

Electricity is charged at 22 dominican pesos per kilowatt-hour (22 pesos/kWh). By booking, you agree to pay the exact amount consumed during your stay, as determined by the host, before, during, or after your reservation.

AC Recommendation: To cool the property efficiently and save on energy costs, we highly recommend setting the air-conditioning units to 26°C on Dry Mode or Eco Mode during your stay, and turning them off when you are outside for long periods.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may incur an additional fee. Inquire before booking.

Smoking

No smoking inside the unit (after passing the front door). $200 USD fine if violated.

Photography & Videography

Commercial photography or videography is strictly prohibited. $2,000 USD fine if violated.

Bathroom Drains & Sand

Please clean all bathroom drains daily. Hair and sand cause slow drainage and can damage the plumbing. This is not a defect in the property.

Strongly recommended: Rinse off thoroughly (including hair) in the outdoor beach or Pool showers before entering the apartment to shower inside.
