To maintain the luxury and integrity of your experience, please adhere to the following:
Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. Unregistered guests (e.g., local visitors) incur a $50 per night fee; exceeding the guest limit results in a $200 per stay fee.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Violations incur a $200 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal.
Electricity Usage: Not included in the rate. Choose to prepay $7/day for normal usage or pay post-stay based on kilowatts used (21 pesos/KW). Excessive AC use (e.g., running 24/7) may incur additional charges up to $20/day.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Early Check-In (subject to availability): $50 (6:00–10:00 AM), $35 (10:00 AM–2:00 PM), $20 (2:00 PM).
Late Check-Out (subject to availability): $25 (11:00 AM–1:00 PM), $40 (1:00–2:30 PM), 50% of nightly rate (3:00 PM).
Self Check-Out: Lock all windows/doors and turn off AC units and lights to avoid extra fees. Pay electricity invoice (cash, Airbnb, or mobile payment) before departure.
Additional Amenities: Baby crib, stroller, bath, or air mattress available for a one-time $15 fee each.
Commercial Filming/Photography: Prohibited; violations incur a $1000 fee.

I have taken a lot of solo trips in my life but the trip and finding that spot was the best experience ever. it's an abssolute Gem , located in los corales close to many restaurants , the beach and close to downtown Punta Cana too. I was on the 4th , with a wonderful view. Beautiful 2 rooms apart , very spacious and a cute balcony with very comfy chairs. it s started pouring on night and I sat there to listen to the rain and fell asleep. Even though it 's a busy street, the fact that everything is at a walking made it easy to move around. Sadiel ,Anabel and the rest the staff thank you very much for your help with transportation ,booking my saona excursion etc. They always answered my messages in a time and they were always extremely helpful. if I could give more than 5 stars i definitely would.

A spacious, high standard apartment, well-equipped, and stocked. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. Communicative and helpful host. Very close to a beautiful beach. Shops and restaurants in the area (I recommend Citrus). The apartment is located on a fairly busy road, so a small drawback was the noise coming from the street. However, we'd love to come again.

We had a great time at Sadiel's place!! very clean and had everything we needed for making breakfast!! And, great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is really nice and close to the apartment as well. We left a very important document in the apartment, and Sadiel and his team went above and beyond to make sure we retrieved it. We recommend his place 💯!!!

Everything about this stay was 5 stars. The Condo was very clean with comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Everything was very nicely stocked. Sadiel always responded very fast to any questions I had regardless of the time of day. The location was even better than I ever expected. I used many of their recommendations for restaurants and honestly did not have one bad meal. The beach is 5 minutes tops and you can walk forever. And they booked us a Dune Buggy tour last minute which was also very fun. I highly suggest using their Airport transportation as well. The master bedroom has lots of road noise so if you can choose to sleep in the other bedroom I would suggest that. This was a short 5 days trip that we packed a lot of fun things into and are definitely planning to come back again and stay here !!
