Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. Unregistered guests (e.g., local visitors) incur a $50 per night fee; exceeding the guest limit results in a $200 per stay fee.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Violations incur a $200 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal.

Electricity Usage: Not included in the rate. Choose to prepay $7/day for normal usage or pay post-stay based on kilowatts used (21 pesos/KW). Excessive AC use (e.g., running 24/7) may incur additional charges up to $20/day.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Early Check-In (subject to availability): $50 (6:00–10:00 AM), $35 (10:00 AM–2:00 PM), $20 (2:00 PM).

Late Check-Out (subject to availability): $25 (11:00 AM–1:00 PM), $40 (1:00–2:30 PM), 50% of nightly rate (3:00 PM).
